Christal Accents will usually process and ship your order the same or next business day (except special order and backordered items). Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Christal Accents will ship your order under our terms and conditions. This does NOT include shipping and tax amounts, but the subtotal of the order. Shipping time is normally 3-5 business days. Carriers will generally place your package in your mail box or at your door (local practices may differ) and scan a confirmation that your package was delivered. You will receive a confirmation number when your order is shipped and you can view the status of your shipment any time. If you want your package delivered with signature confirmation for $2.50, please indicate in message section of order form.
We will gladly ship via another carrier or method. Please indicate your shipping method preference at checkout in message section, and we will email you a shipping upgrade quote based on the difference between our normal carriers and your request.
If applicable, means by Ground Only (48 Continental United States). PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must go through USPS (United States Postal Service) and, therefore, DO NOT qualify for free shipping promotions.

List the item(s) with their ID Code, and quantity, that you wish to purchase. Include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If your order is being shipped to Texas, you must include an 8.25% sales tax in your total.
Christal Accents is located in San Antonio, Texas and is required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders purchased in and/or shipped to a Texas address.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it by following our Return Policies. Return Shipping charges are non-refundable. Notify within 7 days for a Return Authorization number. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In-store credit will not be granted if items are returned without an authorization of Christal Accents. Items must be returned in all original packaging to receive a in-store credit. Return items should be insured.
Seasonal gifts may be returned with authorization from Christal Accents for an in-store credit. Seasonal decor, such as ornaments, Santas, angels, etc. may only be returned if they were unopened and there is NO damage to the box including scotch tape tears, dents, or bent edges. They are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you return items and originally received , and your return(s) result in an amount that falls below, then the shipping charges for original order will be deducted from your refund. We carefully inspect most items before they are shipped. If any item you ordered has suffered damage in transit, you must notify Christal Accents via email or phone within 3 days of the delivery date (holiday gifts within 10 days of holiday). We will file the damage claim for you. The carrier will pick up your damaged item. It must be in the original box with all packing materials and the box the carrier delivered. We will notify you via email as to when the carrier will pick up via Damage Tag claim. Do NOT return a damaged item to Christal Accents. This will nullify the claim and void all return possibilities) The carrier must pick up from your address. On receipt of damaged items, (usually within 1-2 weeks), we will credit your card and notify you via email. It usually takes 48 hours before your bank card posts to your account to verify the return. We do not replace a damaged item unless it is re-ordered.
