We do our best to maintain the website, and to give you the most accurate and complete product information possible. However, there are times when an item is out of stock or discontinued, and the website does not reflect the limit or non-availability. In these cases, please accept our apology for any inconvenience and we will notify you as soon as possible. You may select an alternative item or cancel your order. If we do not hear back from you within 48hrs, your order will ship. If your order falls below free shipping due to an item not in stock, we will ship your order and shipping and handling fees will be applied. If we do not have an optional solution to offer, we will just cancel the order and send an email.

To Order Large Quantities
Once we determine if the product is available, we will contact you with price and final approval to order. All special orders are prepaid. Place your order and put the “must have by” date in the notes section. Pre-Order items are items that are ordered from the manufacturer once an order is placed for the product.

Christal Accents reserves the right to modify the amount of shipping determined by our shopping cart as some large or heavy items may require additional shipping charges, likewise, some smaller or light weight items may require less shipping fees. If we feel it is necessary to increase your shipping charges from what was reflected on your order you will be notified by phone or email. The flat rate shipping for these orders will be $20.95.
USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground are our primary shipping agents. We reserve the right to use any carrier. If you do not want USPS Priority Mail to be considered, you must contact us. Usually items weighing less than a pound ship USPS. Items will usually ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt.
International and OCONUS Orders:
International customers pay actual shipping, duty, customs fees, etc. The $50 shipping charge is simply a place holder. We normally ship USPS Priority International. If you prefer a different carrier let us know.

Standard gift wrapping is paper and ribbon. Deluxe gift wrap has paper, ribbon and flower/bow arrangement. Gift boxes may be used as appropriate. Large/irregular items will normally be “wrapped” with a deluxe type ribbon. All gifts include complimentary gift card with your comment(s). Multiple items may be combined into ONE gift.

Ways to Place an Order:

Claims for Damages Policy
We carefully inspect most items before they are shipped. If any item you ordered has suffered damage in transit, you must notify Christal Accents via email or phone within 3 days of the delivery date (holiday gifts within 10 days of holiday. We will file the damage claim for you. The carrier will pick up your damaged item. It must be in the original box with all packing materials and the box the carrier delivered. We will notify you via email as to when the carrier will pick up via Damage Tag claim.
Do NOT return a damaged item to Christal Accents. This will nullify the claim and void all return possibilities) The carrier must pick up from your address. On receipt of damaged items, (usually within 1-2 weeks), we will credit you and notify you via email. It usually takes 48 hours before your bank card posts to your account to verify the return. We do not replace a damaged item unless it is re-ordered.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Notify us within 7 days for a Return Authorization number. Refunds are not granted if items are returned without an authorization from Christal Accents. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be given. Items must be returned in all original packaging to receive a refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items should be insured.
Seasonal gifts may be returned with an authorization from Christal Accents for an in-store credit. Seasonal decor, such as ornaments, Santas, angels, etc. may only be returned if they were unopened and there is NO damage to the box including scotch tape tears, dents, or bent edges. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you return items and originally received free shipping, and your return(s) result in an amount that falls below the free shipping amount, then the shipping charges for your original order is deducted from your in-store credit. If you return an item for an exchange of another item, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
